Every yes to a distraction is a no to your dream.
 
There is a difference between being nice and being good.
 
The nice person tries to please so they will be liked.
 
The good person is honest and protects values, even when it makes others uncomfortable.
 
Steve Jobs was often villainised for not being nice. Yet, Jony Ive,
thanked him for teaching him focus.
