SU FIRE NUTS are not raw.
They're also not roasted.
They're sprouted.
Why?
Because raw isn’t perfect.
Raw nuts contain enzyme inhibitors and phytic acid. These compounds make digestion harder and block nutrient absorption. They can feel heavy, blunt and less satisfying. And when food doesn’t truly satisfy you, you eat more than you need.
Roasted nuts taste good. But usually at a cost.
Most are coated in seed oils, overloaded with salt, and packed with artificial flavourings. What starts as something natural becomes something inflammatory.
So we chose a different path.
At SU FIRE NUTS we sprout.
Sprouting is an ancient
Ayurvedic practice.
And we take a full 30
hours to do it properly.
First, we soak the nuts.

Just like in nature, rain falls, enzyme inhibitors break down, and life begins.
Then we slowly dehydrate them at low temperatures.
In the wild, a nut would grow a tail and become a tree. We stop just before that point, when nutrients are unlocked and the nut is at its peak.
The result?

Better digestion.
Better absorption.
Better fuel.
Sprouting helps unlock the minerals and vitamins in our recipe: magnesium, calcium, potassium, selenium, iron, vitamin E and omega-3.
You also absorb more of the protein and fibre your body actually needs.
This isn’t just a snack.
It’s nutrition, prepared with intention.
If you’re going to eat nuts, eat them at their best.
Try sprouted. Feel the difference.
